Includes any organs you desire back. Gizzard cleaning is $10each. You must pre specify what organs/other items you want saved before processing.

If your chickens have feed in their crop/have been fed within the past 12 hours there will be a per bird charge.

80cents/lb on hanging weight.
Pork Sausage (1 flavor per half)

Cure & Smoke Ham $15 per side
Cure & Smoke Bacon $10 per side
Beef Slaughtering is not done on site.
